Q: When did you begin teaching Social Media Marketing (SMM)?
A: I started teaching 5 years ago at 澳门六合彩. I do social media consulting for local businesses.
Q: What would you tell a potential student about the importance of SMM?
A: I would tell a student that it鈥檚 the new age of advertising. The most important thing is to own your own data. The most vital aspect of SMM is being able to own your data. What matters is that you understand who is buying. Be able to gather data and act appropriately.
Q: What鈥檚 your favorite social media platform and why?
A: Instagram is the best because you鈥檙e able to connect so much easier than on other platforms.
Q: Why is social media an essential part of a marketing degree?
A: It鈥檚 essential because you can鈥檛 market because you can鈥檛 reach people without social media.
Q: What鈥檚 one thing you would tell someone interested in getting a job in SMM?
A: I would tell them that it鈥檚 fun and it鈥檚 changing all the time. Which is exciting. But also, it has so much do with basic human psychology so if you like people you鈥檒l like social media. Most of the people in my classes are trying to start a small business or work for small businesses.
Q: Share an experience of one of your students in SMM!
A: When someone was launching their own taco truck company so they used the students in the class as a market research project. I like this class because so many students get to interact with each other through social media.
